First opened in 2013, nestled on the main strip in Sunnyside Queens, Wespaw Pets has grown from the neighborhood mom & pop pet spot for the locales, to a destination location for those outside of the neighborhood.

Wespaw Pets was welcomed with open arms and wagging tales. Wespaw quickly became a neighborhood staple, a pet meet up spot and a pillar of the Sunnyside community.

We created a store fueled by knowledge.  We take the time to train our team members to know their food brands so they can better customize the shopping experience to your pet’s specific needs. Now, you can shop in your pj’s, on your ride to work or from the comfort of your home. 

Wespaw Pets strives to make a difference in the communities we serve. Since our opening, we’ve hosted many local pet rescue groups with finding hundreds of forever homes for their awesome pets with adoption events inside and outside our store. We have also hosted low cost wellness events with a veterinarian seeing local pet parents and their pets at the store.

Our mission is simple, to elevate the standard of excellence in customer service, make the lives of our pet parents easier and ensure that our pet friends live healthy and happy lives.
